Well the results are in, and everyone from MILLENNIA did a great job out at one of the biggest grappling tournaments in the country. Jeff Frater had our Kids/Teens ready for action, and took home a 4th Place for the Kids Team results. Congratulations to everyone from MILLENNIA who participated.... keep up the good work!!!

Mixed martial arts making mark
Ellie Nevarez walks down the street with confidence. She didn't used to. Ellie's outlook changed when the 11-year-old Rancho Cucamonga youngster started learning mixed martial arts.
"I feel safe because if someone comes out at me I know what to do," said Ellie, who used to take traditional karate training. "This is more aggressive and much more fun."
Mixed martial arts, also known as MMA, is a combination of combat techniques including karate, wrestling, judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kung fu and various forms of boxing.

This past week we got together some of the kids from our very successful Kids Program, so that they could show off there belts that they have earned. There have been a lot of Grappling and Jiu-Jitsu championships as well as Pankration and Muay Thai too. Check out the pictures below for more proof!
